About you:

The formation of an Account Management function within GC Business Growth Hub is a critical stage in the development of a stronger, more extensive provision of business support across Greater Manchester.  The Team Support Coordinator will be key in the development of this team, and will require excellent planning and organisational abilities, with a logical eye for detail, and first-rate written and oral communication skills.

The role will support the team’s Lead and a team of up to 11 Account Managers, each working with clients across Greater Manchester’s 10 Local Authorities. Sound professional judgement and the ability to handle competing priorities will be essential. 

The successful candidate will need:

  • To be highly self-motivated, with a strong work ethic
  • Confidence and presence to engage all levels internally
  • A tendency to go above and beyond role requirements, to achieve best results
  • Excellent communication via phone, email and face to face
  • Competent use of data bases, management information systems, CRM systems
  • Logical, with high attention to detail
  • An effective team player
