Business Advisor (Dimension 1) Business Growth Enquiry Handler
The role of Business Growth Enquiry Handler is to effectively diagnose customers’ growth potential and business support requirements, answering queries and managing the referral of businesses to internal or external services as required. This includes following up to ensure clients are engaged and undertaking full analysis and evaluation of the function of the Enquiry team. The role is office based and plays a central role in the overall Business Growth Hub Strategy.
