Business Advisor - Growth (Dimension 2)

This role requires a Growth Business Advisor to deliver high quality specialist business growth advice to a portfolio of ambitious business owners and senior managers of mid-sized businesses that are aiming to achieve growth. The role will assess the growth potential of eligible businesses, diagnose any barriers to innovation or advancement which may be holding back growth and agree suitable action plans to address these and release growth opportunities
The successful candidate will need:
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate credibility with others including understanding of issues customers face in growing their business
- The ability to focus and achieve results through the development of strategic consultative relationships at a senior level
- Excellent communication skills – written, oral and broader presentation skills
- Ability to deliver quality outcomes in a fast paced, target driven operational environment
- Excellent planning, organisational, administrative and project management skills
- Well-developed IT skills, including an understanding of computerised management information systems, spreadsheets, diary management, e-mail and CRM databases.
