Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating the pipeline of high calibre, quality mentors/mentees from leading firms at required pace within their allocated region. This role will also be responsible for the day to day performance management of a small team, liaison with mentor- providing firms who could range from banks and technology providers, to business support organisations and advisory firms, as well public sector and industry bodies. Reporting directly to the GC BGH Mentoring for Growth Programme Manager.
Please noet that one BDM role is to cover the North of England and one to cover the south of England.
These are fixed term roles until 31 March 2020.
