Mentoring Advisor x 2 Roles
To deliver high quality mentoring advice and assistance to a portfolio of ambitious business owners and senior managers of companies looking for inspirational Mentoring for personal and professional development. The role will assess the Mentoring needs of eligible businesses people, profile them and their requirements and facilitate match making with appropriate experienced Mentors in the programmes mentoring pool.
The Mentoring for Growth Advisors primary responsibility is to ensure that the Mentoring service is delivered in order to produce the maximum impact in terms of assisting mentees to reach their full personal and professional potential, which will subsequently deliver business growth, improved productivity, outputs and outcomes in terms of improved performance, increased GVA, new jobs created and jobs safeguarded.
These are fixed term roles until 31 March 2020.
Each role relates to a different area of the country, therefore these roles will cover:
- to cover Cheshire and Warrington
- to cover London & South East
